  4. Utilize management principles to effectively supervise:
    a. Human resources;
    b. Hospitality operations;
    c. Facilities, both public and private; and
    d. Food and beverage services and experiences.
  5. Attain the Illinois Food Handler Card (PS 098-0566)
  6. Attain the Illinois Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training Certification (BASSET)
  7. Develop business strategies, based on analyzed hospitality data and trends.
  8. Demonstrate an understanding of hospitality-related accounting and law practices.
