Certificate of Achievement
Infant toddler care is in great demand, with few options for working parents. The Infant Toddler Certificate prepares individuals to provide high-quality childcare in a center-based program or home environment to the youngest and most vulnerable age group. While these individuals qualify to work as assistant teachers with older age groups; this certificate program emphasizes high quality care with infants and toddlers which make them especially attractive candidates to work with infants and toddlers in center-based programs. Students will also leave this program better prepared to provide high-quality childcare service in their homes.
Students completing this certificate will also earn the Illinois Gateways to Opportunity, Level 3 Infant Toddler Credential
