Certificate of Achievement

John A. Logan’s Dental Assisting program will prepare you with the skills and knowledge necessary for the many tasks required to provide quality dental care. As a member of a dental health care team, you are responsible for providing services as assisting the Dentist with operative and surgical procedures, manipulation of dental materials, exposing radiographs, treatment room, and patient preparation.

The Dental Assisting program at JALC will provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction. Students who complete this program will be clinically proficient, recognize their role as an invaluable member of the dental health team, and be sensitive to the dental needs of various communities.
