Christina Cannova

I’ve been instructing group fitness classes and personal training for over 20 years. During that time, I’ve helped many different people from different backgrounds learn how to become healthier and hopefully happier people. Helping people achieve their goals and grow more confident with themselves is what drives me to keep learning and bettering my practice. In my free time, I enjoy bicycling, hiking, playing golf, camping, and spending time with my four children and husband. If you are interested in working toward better health, feel free to make an appointment with me.

Jeff Lewis

Jeff Lewis

I was never physically active, until I joined the Marine Corps. My life changed for the better during my service to our country. I was surrounded by people who wanted to constantly improve physically and mentally, which inspired me to start going to the gym on a daily basis. I enjoy working as a personal trainer because I’m providing the same kind of inspiration to others around me. I look forward to working with people that have the desire to make a change in their life.

Casey Macabulos

Casey Macabulos

I was never athletic or played sports growing up and was not surrounded by anyone physically active. My years in the military showed me the value of making good life choices, given that my job depended on maintaining good overall health. After leaving the military, I moved to Southern Illinois to attend SIUC and completed degrees in both Exercise Science and Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

My focus is on functional exercise and I like to center workouts around exercises that translate to activities of daily living (ADL). I have also taught small group fitness classes structured around functional movements and cross-training.
