Must be age 15 or over
Shower before use
Nude bench sitting is not allowed. Use a towel to sit on.
No changing clothes in the sauna
No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the sauna
Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna
The surface of the rocks, heater, and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.
Use of water on the sauna rocks, walls, or thermostat is prohibited
It is not recommended to use the sauna for more than 20 minutes.
If you feel dizzy or nauseous, leave immediately.
