Sauna at Logan Fitness

Sauna at Logan Fitness.

Relax, recover, and rejuvenate in our sauna, available in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms at Logan Fitness. Whether you’re winding down after a workout or simply looking to relieve stress, our saunas provide a tranquil environment to support your overall wellness.

Benefits of Sauna Use

Sauna Hours

Monday – Friday5:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday5:30am – 6pm
Sunday12pm – 6pm

Sauna Regulations

  • Must be age 15 or over
  • Shower before use
  • Nude bench sitting is not allowed. Use a towel to sit on.
  • No changing clothes in the sauna
  • No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the sauna
  • Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna
  • The surface of the rocks, heater, and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.
  • Use of water on the sauna rocks, walls, or thermostat is prohibited
  • It is not recommended to use the sauna for more than 20 minutes.
  • If you feel dizzy or nauseous, leave immediately.
