Student Help Desk

Full support is available Monday through Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm on all days that the college is open.

John A. Logan students should contact the Help Desk for the following problems:

  1. You’re not able to log into your account (Volmail, MyJALC, D2L).
  2. You’re not able to log into the College’s WiFi network.
