Full support is available Monday through Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm on all days that the college is open.
John A. Logan students should contact the Help Desk for the following problems:
- You’re not able to log into your account (Volmail, MyJALC, D2L).
- You’re not able to log onto the College’s WiFi network.
Students, please note that the Help Desk cannot diagnose or repair your computer.

Faculty and Staff:
If the problem is in a classroom and affects instruction, please call ext. 8388, so we can attend to the issue promptly. Full support is available Monday through Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm on all days that the college is open. Extended phone support is available Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm – 6:30pm during the Fall and Spring semesters, when classes are in session.
Please note that all equipment requests associated with meetings and events must go through the Scheduling Office, not IT.
