Students may appeal residency status after the deadline by completing the Residency Appeal form. The Registrar will email a decision to the student’s Volmail account within 7-14 business days. Residency adjustments will not be considered for the current term after midterms.

Documentation submitted during an appeal must demonstrate that the student has met the 30-day residency requirement and provide verifiable evidence of an intent to establish permanent residence.

Information regarding residency verification is provided on application materials, the John A. Logan website, and reminders are emailed to students on a semester basis.
