The John A. Logan College student activity fee supports various activities on campus including the Logan Fitness center, athletics, student life events, and performing arts. The student activity fee grants students the following opportunities:

• Automatic and unlimited access to utilize the fitness and aquatic center
• One 8-week fitness class per semester
• Free admission to all JALC athletic contests
• Free admission to all student activity events and performances (concerts, plays, musicals, etc.)

To be granted exemption from the student activity fee, a student must meet one of the two following criteria:

1. Be an active JALC employee during the semester which exemption is being requested
2. Be an out-of-district student who is taking only online classes during the semester which exemption is being requested
