DIVERSITY & INCLUSION |
Secretary. Assist with planning, promoting and staffing office events during the year, such as multicultural and diversity events, ADVANCE! Mentoring program. Represent the office at general informational presentations, table displays, distributing flyers and brochures and generally providing information about multicultural and diversity programs and other events. Assist with outreach efforts to students, student organizations, such as Black Student Association, Chi Alpha Club, National Society of Leadership and Success via e-mail and phone, Facebook, etc. and our community partners. Assist with set-up of multicultural events and or display during the year. Assist with recording results of evaluations following events and other data collections. Represent the office at special college events. Attend suggested campus multicultural trainings when possible and other duties as assigned. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 8AM TO 4:30PM, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 8AM TO 11AM. |

ELECTRONICS |
Lab Assistant. Maintenance of equipment in the Electronic Labs. Aid instructors with Set-up of demonstrations for classes or tours. Inventory and cataloging of electrical components, tools and equipment. Keeping labs clean and organized. SECOND YEAR STUDENT PREFERRED. |

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY |
IT Support Technician. This position requires a student who can work independently,without direct supervision and have a knowledge of computer hardware/software troubleshooting and repair Experience with A/V (audio/visual) equipment, such as projectors, document cameras, audio mixer systems are preferred, but not required. Ability to analyze and problem solve issues face to face and over the phone. Clearly report computer issues and solutions to users and/or help desk personnel. Must be able to clearly describe computer issues and solutions in writing for entry into work order tracking system. Specific duties include, but not limited to: Provide assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and removal of A/V and/or computing equipment. Assist I.T. staff with daily work order assignments, completion of work order records, monitoring computer labs, assist in helpdesk duties and other duties as assigned. Be able to follow directions and work independently on tasks and projects. Have the desire to learn new tasks that range from simple to complex. Dependable, prompt, and be a team player. MULTIPLE OPENINGS. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SOME EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS, IF NEEDED. |

LOGAN FITNESS |
Fitness Desk. Clerical responsibilities such as assisting in answering the phone, entering data into computer, answering questions about the Fitness Center, monitoring facility access, updating bulletin board information, and running errands to and from main campus offices. Handling registrations and payments for memberships, classes, and other Logan Fitness services. Maintaining and refilling all hand-wipe stations as needed. Keeping inventory for re-ordering purposes. Assists custodians in gym cleaning. Assists in keeping the facility neat on a daily basis. Making minor repairs to the weight training machines and benches as needed. Responds in case of emergencies. MUST BE CPR/AED/FIRST AID CERTIFIED. |
SUMMER |
FINANCIAL AID |
Secretary. Typing, Filing, making new files, filling bins with Financial Aid paperwork and information, assisting students at the computer stations who are completing FAFSAS. Answer telephones, process mail, check financial aid rosters, copying, scanning, shredding, assembling financial aid packets, inventory, assessments and covering front desk during lunch hours. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. MUST BE FEDERAL WORK-STUDY. |

Secretary. Receptionist, typing, filing, copying, scanning, digitizing records, delivering documents, assistance with the Provost office projects. |

CAREER SERVICES |
Secretary. Typing, filing, keep job list updated, put job list on bulletin boards on campus, copying, making Journey and resume appointments, assisting students, reception, phones and running errands. MUST BE MORNING AVAILABILITY |

LIBRARY |
Library Student Worker. Shelve, shelf read, organize, and help in the processing of books, magazines and other library materials. Assisting staff in handing out prints and collecting money from patrons. Filling copy machines and printers, cleaning and sanitizing computers, and cleaning shelves and work areas. Pick up library materials from the book drops, and retrieving materials from around the library. Calling patrons to notify them of items that have arrived through interlibrary loan. Working on special projects such as the archive, and other duties as assigned. MUST BE FEDERAL WORK-STUDY. |
