Students are encouraged to resolve concerns through informal channels whenever possible, unless doing so would cause further harm. This typically involves contacting the faculty or staff member involved and making a reasonable effort to address the issue directly. Students are strongly encouraged to document these attempts.

If you experience retaliation, report it immediately to the Director of Student Success or the Assistant Provost for Student Affairs.
