Students are encouraged to resolve concerns through informal channels whenever possible, unless doing so would cause further harm. This typically involves contacting the faculty or staff member involved and making a reasonable effort to address the issue directly. Students are strongly encouraged to document these attempts.

Student Complaint

Our goal is to ensure a fair and timely resolution of all student complaints.

Please note: Retaliation against any student who files a complaint is strictly prohibited. If you experience retaliation, report it immediately to the Director of Student Success or the Assistant Provost for Student Affairs. Any student or employee found to have engaged in retaliatory conduct may face disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion or termination of employment.
