Four Options for Returning Financial Aid Documents to JALC

1. Fax them to the Financial Aid Office at 618-985-4116
2. Mail documents to JALC, 700 Logan College Drive, Carterville, IL 62918 Attn: Financial Aid
3. Drop off the documents at the Financial Aid Office (Room C210) between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
4. You can electronically submit your forms by uploading them through the Financial Aid Document Upload form in MyJALC under the Financial Aid tab. Log into your MyJALC, navigate to the Financial Aid page, then click on the Financial Aid Document Upload form and securely submit your documents to the Financial Aid Office through this form.
