New Student Orientation Day

Charge Into Your Future!

Our In-person Orientation Day is a structured program designed to help incoming First-Time Freshman or Returning students prepare for their first semester by introducing them to the college’s resources, expectations, helping students register for classes, take a campus tours and more. Note if you have already registered for classes you can still attend other resource sessions and visit other offices if needed.

During orientation, students will receive a welcome and overview of the institution, meet with Academic Advisors to review schedules and degree plans, learn about key services such as Financial Aid, Student Success Center, tutoring, and career support, and get assistance setting up student technology like email and course platforms. Please join us and feel more confident, connected, and ready to successfully begin your college experience!

Students need to complete the Application for Admissions and have test scores on file before attending or make an appointment to take the placement test. Bring your driver’s license or state ID card to your new student orientation to show proof of in-district residency.
