Current Projects

Logan Hall – West Lobby Expansion

The West Lobby and Logan Hall expansion will add more than 6,000 square feet to the College’s existing footprint, delivering a completely renewed entrance featuring a contemporary gathering and event space. This enlarged lobby will also support gymnasium traffic, and new offices for Community Education, the John A. Logan College Foundation, a Welcome Area, and a Board and Meeting Room.

Designed by BHDG Architects, the project will introduce a light-filled, modern space that will serve as a clear focal point for the campus. The design incorporates sustainable elements and flexible interior spaces intended to support student engagement, streamline visitor services, and improve College operations.

Career & Technical Center

The cutting-edge facility will house the College’s Welding, HVAC, and Automotive programs, strengthening the region’s workforce development and technical training capacity. The new CTE Center will provide students access to modern equipment and industry-standard labs, preparing them for successful careers in skilled trades that are vital to the region’s economy.
