John A. Logan College officials have announced key registration and start dates for the Spring 2026 semester, which will begin on Monday, January 12, 2026.
Traditional 16-week courses, as well as the first eight-week and four-week session courses, will all begin on January 12. Students are encouraged to register early to secure their class schedules.
Registration by appointment is available now through December 23. Academic Advisement will be available for late night hours from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, December 15 through Wednesday, December 17. Walk-in registration will resume on Monday, January 5, and continue through Friday, January 16.
To provide additional convenience to students and families, the College will hold a Special Saturday Sign-Up Event on Saturday, January 10, from 9 a.m. to noon. Details for the Saturday Sign-Up are available online at www.jalc.edu/saturdaysignup.
In conjunction with the Saturday Sign-Up, John A. Logan College will also host a “Coffee and College” event from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for high school students and their parents or guardians. The informal session is designed to answer questions about preparing for college, the admissions process, financial aid, and available student resources.
