I chose JALC to pursue my educational career in elementary education because of the small class sizes, campus activities, and affordability!
I chose JALC because I wanted to have a smoother transition into the college life. Being able to go to a community college lets you explore your career options at a cheaper price. Community college saved a ton of stress, money, and risk!
I chose JALC because of the amazing people and the strong sense of community. The smaller class sizes let me build close relationships with my classmates and professors. It’s also affordable and close to home, which helps me stay connected with family and friends.

Mylee Tanner from Agape Christian High School got the best surprise this morning during her New Student Orientation! 💙
She is our newest and final Student Ambassador for this fall and will be receiving a full-ride scholarship from the JALC Foundation.
Mylee plans to study physical therapy, and we are so excited to have her represent John A. Logan College. We cannot wait to see all she accomplishes!
