During Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, we’re celebrating the vital work of Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technicians who help detect, diagnose, and monitor disease through laboratory testing.
At John A. Logan College, students in our Medical Laboratory Technology Associate in Applied Science Degree gain hands-on experience using advanced lab equipment to support doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

He will graduate Friday from the Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP) at John A. Logan College.

Future early childhood educators gathered Friday in the Conference Center at John A. Logan College for the ECE Career Expo.
Students from Southern Illinois Future Teachers Coalition clubs at local high schools and representatives from area early childhood programs came together to engage in hands-on and inspiring activities.
Sponsored annually by the Southern Illinois Coalition for Children and Families, the event helps students discover the impact and opportunities that come with a career in early childhood education.
