I chose JALC to pursue my educational career in elementary education because of the small class sizes, campus activities, and affordability!
I chose JALC because I wanted to have a smoother transition into the college life. Being able to go to a community college lets you explore your career options at a cheaper price. Community college saved a ton of stress, money, and risk!
I chose JALC because of the amazing people and the strong sense of community. The smaller class sizes let me build close relationships with my classmates and professors. It’s also affordable and close to home, which helps me stay connected with family and friends.
When Jason Smith first enrolled in college back in 2010, he admits he wasnβt ready. Life took him in other directions, and school was put on hold. Fast forward to today, Jason, now 42, is a Business Management student at John A. Logan College, working 50 to 60 hours a week, raising four children, and showing what determination truly looks like.
