John A. Logan College officials report a 4.2% increase in enrollment compared with spring 2025, along with a 1.6% increase in credit hours.
Enrollment trends are showing positive momentum, with a 4.2% increase in Spring enrollment at John A. Logan College compared to this time last year.
College leaders say the increase reflects innovative advising, flexible scheduling, and programs designed for today’s busy students. From extended and virtual advising to fast-track 12-, 8-, and 4-week classes, JALC is meeting students where they are.
JALC President Dr. Kirk Overstreet and Provost Dr. Stephanie Chaney Hartford also point to major investments in the future, including the new CTE Center, Logan Hall renovation, and nursing program expansion.
