John A. Logan College has been named one of the top 200 community colleges in the nation eligible to apply for the 2027 Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, the most prestigious recognition of high achievement and performance among Americaโs community colleges.

Catch a show on Friday 10 a.m. (matinee), Saturday 12 p.m., and Sunday 2 p.m. in OโNeil Auditorium.
๐Then check out AutumnFest, happening all weekend long. 100+ vendors, handmade gifts, dรฉcor, specialty foods, pictures with Santa, kidโs crafts, entertainment, and prizes.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the JALC campus. Entrance is $5 per person and gets you in to both.

๐ STEM Day was a blast! More than 200 students from a dozen area schools spent the day exploring science, technology, engineering, and math through fun, hands-on activities on the JALC campus.
The JALC Foundation awarded three $3,000 STEM scholarships to:
