Due to the presence of minors through the alternative high school and early childhood programs, the entire campus of John A. Logan Community College as a whole is utilized and deemed an ‘alternative high school and day care’. Therefore, pursuant to state statute, 720 ILCS 5/11-9.3, it is unlawful for a Sexual Predator and Child Sex Offender to be present or permitted on the John A. Logan college campus’.
