In order for this appeal to be submitted to the Appeal Committee, you must have a completed file in the Financial Aid Office. Extenuating circumstances must exist and be addressed for all semesters in which you failed to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards.

Remember to submit a completed curriculum guide for the degree or certificate in which you are appealing, as well as any supporting documentation for your appeal to the Financial Aid Office in C-210 by the appeal deadline. No late appeals or additional documentation will be accepted after the deadline.

You will be notified in writing of the committee’s decision and recommendations.
