PADUCAH, Ky. — Vonnie Patterson celebrated his first start of the season with 22 points and a game-high 17 rebounds as John A. Logan cruised past West Kentucky Tech 118-86 Thursday night in Paducah.

Derek Hawthorne who broke up a tight game in the first half with four 3-pointers, led Logan in scoring with 22 points.  Jonah Jackson  had five triples for 15 points while Romelo Burrell had 10 points.

West Kentucky Tech, 5-8, was led by Chris  Campbell with 24 points while Devon Hart had 19.

Logan, 11-1 and ranked 15th nationally, will host second rated and unbeaten Vincennes on Monday, 7 p.m.
