Job Type: Operational Staff
The CCR&R Specialist II serves as a customer service clerk and an assistant to the CCR&R office staff. In addition to general receptionist duties, they process incoming and outgoing mail and correspond with CCAP clients via phone and email. They also work with providers, running background checks, coordinating fingerprinting forms, and managing W-9s by working with IDHS/Comptroller as necessary to process payments to providers.
Required Qualifications
An associate’s degree from an accredited institution, or 5 + years of experience in an office setting.
