Full-Time; Non-Teaching Professional; Grade 4

Grant budget development, grant expenditure reporting, grant amendments, grant monitoring, and analysis; assist in development of restricted fund budget; participate in day-to-day Business Office operations and support accounting functions; prepare journal entries; assist in monthly and year-end closeout of College and Foundation accounting records; assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the College; prepare periodic financial reports for the JALC Foundation; prepare workpapers and work with external auditors to facilitate an annual College and Foundation audit; compile data and provide financial analysis in various areas as needed; track revenue and expenses for grant programs and for the JALC Foundation; assist with various bank reconciliations for the College and the JALC Foundation; required attendance at Foundation Board meetings; assist with internal control procedures; communicate with outside grant agencies and internal grant officers; communicate with investment money managers for the JALC Foundation; serve on College committees as assigned; other duties as assigned.


Require's a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; one year of acceptable accounting experience.  CPA; grant audit experience is preferred.



$37,181 – $46,476 (salary commensurate with education and experience per salary schedule)
