Angela Calcaterra works as a Deaf and Hard of Hearing facilitator and academic advisor for the Student Success Center. She attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale where she earned a B.A. in Foreign Languages, specializing in Classics, in 1994, and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Administration and Services in 1999.
A true ailurophile, Angela has four cats, is involved in feline rescue, and founded the JALC Animal Advocates Club. Her husband, David Cochran, is a professor of history at the College. They reside in Herrin.
