Logan to Host Stock Market Seminar

John A. Logan College's Center for Excellence will present the financial seminar, Best of the Best: Creating a Wealth Building Investment Plan by Combining the Best Investment Ideas in the Universe, on Friday, September 28 at 6 p.m. in Rooms F118 and F119. The forum will be led by Dean Adams, a 30-year veteran of stock market trading, and is free and open to the public.

"This will be my third visit to John A. Logan College, and it's a real privilege for me to be a part of the investment education process that is taking place there," Adams said. "I like to teach people that investing for their financial futures does not have to be difficult. I can help them better understand the stock market, learn where to invest their money to get the highest and most consistent returns, and know how to protect their investment if the stock market crashes."

"I'm so pleased that Dean is coming back to Logan to conduct this seminar," said David England, associate professor of marketing and finance at the College. "He is one of my three mentors in the stock market. The other two are Dr. Robert Woo and hard work. Dean has many successful investment strategies and techniques, and now people will have an opportunity to ask him questions and learn from him directly."
