Baseball Team to Play at Rent One Park

The John A. Logan College baseball team will be in action Sunday, September 16 at Noon against the Ontario Blue Jays. This will be the first game for the Vols at the home of the Southern Illinois Miners, who previously used the College's baseball field during final construction of Rent One Park. Sunday's game is part of the Vols fall schedule and will feature some of the top under 18 talent in Canada. According to Head Coach Jerry Halstead the team features several projected early round major league draft picks and should prove to be an exciting and challenging day for his squad.
