Adult Education Staff Gets into the Christmas Spirit

What began as simple suggestion and some hesitation turned into a full blown Christmas decorating contest for ABE/GED staff. Staff members decorated their doors for bragging rights and in the process found themselves getting into the holiday spirit. "The more we did the more we got into it," said Associate Dean for Adult Basic/Secondary Education Kay Fleming. According to Fleming some staff members were reluctant at first, but as others got into the spirit their inner Clark W. Griswold took over. "With all the stress that comes with the holidays this not only helped get us in the spirit, but also helped draw us together with a little friendly competition," said Fleming.
