Permanent Art Collection

The Museum’s permanent art collection includes local fine art, Midwestern fine crafts, and national wildlife art.  The local fine art collection includes paintings, photographs, and graphics by artists who currently formerly lived in southern Illinois .

The Midwestern fine crafts collections includes works in glass, ceramics, fibers, metal, and wood created by artists who currently or formerly lived in Midwestern states.

Included in the wildlife art collection are paintings and photographs from artists living in the United States .

The Logan Memorial Collection includes letters, books, lithographs, and objects related to General John A. Logan.
