The John A. Logan College Foundation was incorporated on January 20, 1971, with the purpose to: "provide in the College
community broader educational opportunities for and service to the students and alumni of John A. Logan College."
This purpose is accomplished by:
- Receiving and administering funds for the College.
- Receiving, administering and maintaining gifts involving real property for the College.
- Receiving and administering, trusts, scholarships, loans, and all other gifts for the College.
- Conducting programs and campaigns for funds and property that will directly or indirectly benefit the College.
- Conducting programs, campaigns and negotiations for archives, manuscripts, copyrights, patents, works of art, and other articles of scientific, artistic, historical, literary, cultural, or educational value for the College.
- Undertaking other acts and enterprises that will promote the interests and welfare of John A. Logan College.
