David Packard's Biography
David has a long and rich road as an educator in the world of academia. Having taught English at McKendree College for seven years, he came to John A. Logan College in the fall of 1969. He has served as Department Chair and has been a valuable voice in the direction of the English department. He has taught just about everything! Whether teaching English 101, English 102, Humanities, Speech, or Death and Dying, students still flock to his classroom. Perhaps it is due to all those fascinating tales of his travels and adventures.
