The above device is definitely NOT the College logo and should not be used as such, but it does offer a variant view of John A. Logan:  he was known to have a rollicking sense of humor and fun-loving nature in addition to his better known qualities. He also enjoyed a good meal--hence this, the web edition of Chef Logan's Cookbook.

The recipes are all from staff and students of John A. Logan College. The initial offerings on these web pages are all tasty desserts from the All Logan Picnic.  However, we will be adding to these recipes, including non-dessert items, in the near future.  If you would like to contribute a special recipe, send it up to the LRC or email it to: Steve McLaughlin
