John A. Logan College is committed to equal opportunities for all students. The College has established procedures for the fast and fair resolution of student complaints. Students are welcome to contact the Student Liaison to discuss issues, identify which process to follow, or prepare for steps within a process. Student Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint, please refer to the procedures outlined in the Student Guidebook and/or Administrative Procedure 831.

If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved by the College you have the option to contact the Illinois Community College Board.

Distance Learning Students

If you are an online student and feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved through the Student Complaint Procedure you may contact the Illinois Community College Board when seeking a resolution.

State Authorizations

John A. Logan College is authorized to provide distance education to students in all states. Currently no programs that lead to professional licensure are offered fully online to students living outside of Illinois.
