FALL 2010 STRONG SURVIVORS CLASS RETURNS TO CHEC
Strong Survivors is a free program for cancer patients and caregivers that helps patients overcome treatment-related side effects both during and after treatment. It helps the caregivers to overcome the physical and emotional toll of the cancer experience. Class meets twice weekly for 12 weeks and includes basic info on nutrition and physical activity related to cancer survivorship. Cancer patients and caregivers also have the opportunity to exercise twice a week under the trained eye of cancer exercise specialists.

Classes begin Tuesday, August 31, 5:45 p.m., J102. Will meet Tuesdays: 5:45pm - 7:15pm Thursdays: 5:45pm - 6:45pm
