CARE RESOURCE AND REFERRAL at John A. Logan College. CCR&R is
dedicated to enhancing the quality of children's lives by working
together with families, providers and communities with an emphasis
on improving the quality of child care in the southern fifteen counties
of Illinois (see map for service coverage area).

on evaluating quality child care, plus resources on various parenting
