Barbecue Fundraiser
During the months of September and October, the Athletic Department at John A. Logan College sells delicious beef brisket, barbecued pork butts, barbecued ribs, and baked beans. They are prepared by the award-winning barbecue company, Great Boars of Fire.
The beef briskets are $35 apiece, the pork butts cost $27 each, the ribs are $20 a slab or two slabs for $32, and the baked beans are $6 a quart. If you would like to purchase any of these items, please contact the Athletic Department at 618-985-2828 or 618-457-7676, Ext. 8369, by October 19, 2009. They will be available for pickup at Logan’s main entrance on Friday, October 30, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 31, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
