Final Steps

Upon completing all necessary documents to receive financial assistance, each student will be mailed a Financial Aid Award Letter. Two(2) copies will be mailed requesting one be signed, dated, and returned to the Financial Aid Office. The second copy is for your records. The award letter informs the student of the amount of grant funds they will receive based on full-time enrollment (12 hours or more) for the year.

Grants and loans will be disbursed the 4th week of the fall and spring semesters, and the second week of the summer semester.

Students having eligibility for the Federal Pell Grant and their eligibility covers the cost of tuition and fees, will be eligible for a book voucher to assist with book costs that will be deducted from their Pell Grant prior to a refund being issued.

Students must make arrangements to cover expenses until funds are disbursed.
