Dear Student:

Thank you for choosing John A. Logan College! The Financial Aid Office at John A. Logan College is changing how we communicate with our students who apply for financial aid. The Financial Aid Office will be corresponding by email (when provided) with all students who apply for financial aid. The Financial Aid Office will be using the email account provided on your FAFSA as the primary email address for you. The Financial Aid Office will use your email provided on the John A. Logan College Admission Application Form as a secondary email notification for you. If there is not a valid email account provided, the Financial Aid Office will send the information to you in paper form to the address you have on file in the Admissions Office.

Please check your email for notification from our office for additional items required to finish your file in the Financial Aid Office. Your Award Letter Notification will not be on the WEBLINK portal until your file is complete. It is the student’s responsibility to submit all required paperwork to the Financial Aid Office before any deferments, book vouchers, appeals, and award letters will be completed.

Should you need to correct the email address you submitted on your FAFSA, you will need to make the correction to your saved FAFSA Application and submit it to the Department of Education. Once we receive the corrected FAFSA we can use the updated email address to communicate with you.
