Important: WEBLINK portal works best using the browser Internet Explorer. Once you enter the WebLink system, make sure you log off when you are finished. If you do not log off, you may lose access to your records.

Help with your Student ID an PIN

Students are encouraged to change their PIN number once they enter the system, for your own security. WebLink will allow you to change this PIN as often as you wish. The default value for your PIN is a random set of 5-characters. If you do not know your PIN please call Admissions at 985-3741, and they will email you your PIN.

Help Navigating to FACTS

To link to the FACTS student payment plan, it is necessary to go through WebLink. Sign on to WebLink by clicking on the WebLink button.

If you have not been admitted as a John A. Logan College student yet, click the "No" button and you will be directed to begin the admissions process.

If you are already admitted as a student, click the "Yes" button and proceed to the next page. Then enter your student ID or social security number and PIN and press the submit button. After being directed to the student demographic page, select the View Balance/Make Payments link. At the next page, select the semester applicable to your FACTS payment plan from the drop down box and click submit. If you owe at least $100, you will be presented with a button that will link to the FACTS payment plan. Students that owe less than $100, will not have the option to get on a FACTS payment plan. Clicking on the FACTS link will log you off of WebLink and connect you to the FACTS site. From there you may complete FACTS payment plan registration.

What is WebLink?

The John A. Logan College WebLink system is where students can log on to see their class schedules, grade information, account balance, enrollment verification, sign up for classes, apply to the college, etc. John A. Logan College has provided WebLink specifically for its most valued customer, the student. This student-oriented service provides access to students' personal records and more. We hope that WebLink will be a valuable aid in the achievement of your educational goals.

Important Notes

Students must first meet with an advisor to sign up for classes. They will then be issued a PIN number. From that point on, they can register with an advisor or through the WebLink system.

Some classes have pre-requisite(s). Students who try to register for classes with pre-requisite(s) might not be able to complete the registration, because they might not have met the pre-req requirements. If you have this problem, see your academic advisor for help and information.

Students need to understand that ultimately it is the student's responsibility for knowing the graduation requirements, and meeting those requirements through the correct class sequences. For a specific major, please review your curriculum guide for your major. If you have any questions, please contact your assigned academic advisor.
