At John A. Logan College, your success is our number one priority. We have created this Online Orientation Program to assist you in becoming familiar with our many programs and services. Following completion of this orientation program, you will have a greater understanding of policies and procedures relevant to being a John A. Logan College student. You will learn how to check your grades, transcript, and financial aid status online. Information concerning various services available to John A. Logan students will be readily available to you online. Additionally, you will be able to access the student handbook, Rights and Responsibilities, a Student Code of Conduct. Some details about this Online Orientation Program are as follows:

  1. The Online Orientation Program is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. You may read each of the seven sections at your own pace; and, once you have read them all, you may take the Online Orientation Quiz.
  3. You may always come back to the online orientation and continue from where you had stopped or read sections over again. There is no time limit to complete the quiz. We encourage you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
  4. A score of 80% or greater for the quiz questions indicates you have completed John A. Logan College#8217;s orientation requirement.

Once you have logged into Blackboard, click on “Course Catalog” and choose “Student Orientation > New Student Orientation”.
