Apply for Graduation
Please print and return the Application for Graduation form to the Office of Admissions in C-201. There is a $20.00 graduation fee payable at the time of application. We cannot process the application without the fee. Please fill in all the requested information on the graduation application. Print out the Application for Graduation form, fill it out, and mail to:
